	Hope is not yet lost, ma Joie! Just like in the federal government, a veto by the California governor can be overridden by a two-thirds vote of both houses in their state legislature. And think--if the bill was passed with a two-thirds vote in both houses in the first place, a veto override is likely to pass, too! (Reply to this) (Thread)
